Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping OA LIVING! Please see our terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently only ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada.

USA :    We use USPS Priority mail service.

1lb-3lb——$12

4lb-6lb—–$14

7lb-12lb—-$20

Acrylic fine art photography pieces include shipping and handling in price.

Canada:

Flat Rate Of $25 

International Shipping : We currently only can offer items in the US with the exception of "METALLIC PRINTS 16X24" that are now available in CANADA.

Delivery Estimates:

- 5 business days:  Mindful Home Collection items

- 1 to 2 weeks: for Limited edition Metallic Prints

- 2 to 3 weeks: Limited edition Acrylic art pieces

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. OA LIVING is not responsible for any Customs, Duties that may be applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages:

OA LIVING is not liable for any products that may get lost or damaged during shipping transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and let us know.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Many times they need pictures of item for claim approval. 

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. other than Canada. We are working on making this available soon.
