Refund policy

We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. Once your purchase is made all sales are final. However, if an item is defective or you have a problem with item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving order to:

Please make sure you include description of defect and picture. You have a three day window to submit claim. Each claim must include picture and full description of problem to be reviewed.

After 3 days of delivery we will no longer be able to credit or replace your order.

Approved returns will be refunded to original method of payment.

Damages:

OA LIVING is not liable for any products that may get lost or damaged during shipping transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and let us know.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Many times they need pictures of item for claim approval.Â
